We believe our athletics program is crucial to our mission of educating the whole-child. Children develop socially, emotionally, and spiritually as they interact with others on and off the field, building godly character and lasting friendships.
All of our Physical Education teachers have been trained in the SPARK Program, developed through San Diego State University and funded by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. The program specializes in promoting fitness achievement, specific sport skill development, and ensuring consistent physical activity for students.
Our athletics department coordinates competitive sports teams for our middle school students with a goal of producing young men and women of character who have the capacity to be thriving citizens in our highly competitive society. Teams include boys and girls basketball, volleyball, flag football, soccer, roller hockey, and golf. With teams for various ability levels, none of our students ever have to feel left out, and all are encouraged to try something new.
Thriving students know how to give a warm welcome. Join us on campus and experience the Huntington Christian School difference.
