Madeline Strauss

Middle School

Hello! My name is Madeline Strauss, and I am so grateful to be part of the HCS community as a middle school teacher. I have been part of the HCS family since 2020 and have loved getting to know, support, and encourage our students as they grow academically, personally, and spiritually. Teaching has always been a dream of mine, and I feel incredibly blessed to live that out in a Christ-centered school community. Outside of the classroom, I love being active, spending time outdoors, going for walks, playing pickleball, relaxing at the beach, visiting cozy coffee shops, reading, and spending time with my family, friends, and husband, Justin. I also have a deep love for music and see it as such a powerful way to connect with others and worship the Lord. I am so thankful to be part of HCS and look forward to helping students learn, grow in their faith, and make meaningful memories together.

A Note from Madeline:

"Teaching has always been something close to my heart because I want to create the kind of classroom environment that made such a difference in my own life growing up. I want my classroom to be a place filled with patience, understanding, encouragement, fun, and genuine care for students, while also being a place where students can feel God’s love and presence each day. One of my favorite parts of being at HCS has been the relationships I’ve built with students over the years and getting to watch them grow both inside and outside of the classroom. I truly love this community so much, and being able to teach in a Christ-centered environment makes it even more special. I feel so grateful God brought me to HCS."
