Enrichment - PE

I am passionate about helping students build confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement through Physical Education. As a former collegiate athlete, I value the life lessons that sports can teach, including perseverance, discipline, character, and sportsmanship.

Teaching at Huntington Christian School is especially meaningful to me as an HCS graduate, and I have been blessed to serve as a teacher here since 2013. During my time at HCS, I have gotten married and welcomed my two daughters. One of the things I love most about HCS is that we truly do life together here while growing in faith and pointing students toward Christ. I enjoy encouraging students to grow in confidence, develop healthy habits, and learn the importance of supporting and uplifting others both on and off the field.

A Note from Casie:

"One of the reasons I love HCS so much is because it has been part of my story for a very long time. As a student, I had the opportunity to play on the very first athletic team at HCS. I still remember the encouragement, relationships, and sense of community that made such an impact on me during those years.
It feels incredibly special to now return as a teacher and have the opportunity to pour into students in the same place that invested in me. I am grateful to be part of a community where faith, relationships, and character are valued. My hope is that every student leaves feeling encouraged, supported, and confident in who God created them to be."
